I understood from the iRig BlueBoard specs that the device supports iOS devices as well as Mac computers with Bluetooth MIDI compatibility.
Anyone know how to setup the iRig Blueturn? I assumed it would be like the BlueBoard, but I cannot find the app to download onto my mac to connect my BlueTurn to with bluetooth. I want to use it with Word or Pages, PDFs, etc on my mac. I know for iPad I can use the BlueTurn app, but I want to do it on the mac, which it says you should be able. Since Windows 8 also Windows computers have been Bluetooth MIDI compatible. Are there any plans to expand the BlueBoard compatibility to cover also Windows operation systems?
Received the iRig Blueboard earlier today and have spent about an hour with it. I am running OSX 10.9.4 on a Mac Mini (late 2012) and a MacBook Air (Mid 2012) and I finally managed to get the iRig Blueboard to connect on both. Initially I had the same issues as described here - the Blueboard software couldn't find the device. Added to this, there is a micro USB connector in BlueBoard. If one would connect BlueBoard to a Windows computer as a USB device using a micro USB cable, would the Windows computer be able to recognise BlueBoard?best,
